These photographs were taken by William Hulme (father of Judy Hulme Beuchert) who was employed by Appalachian Power Company at the time. He took the pictures from the Courthouse lawn and the steps leading down to Wyoming Street. Included are views of the Bank building, Citizens Drugstore and the Silver Grill on Wyoming Street.
